If you wish to return any items you can do if it is within 14 days of purchase, and please ensure you enclose the following details:
· Reason for Return Or
· if an exchange is needed the appropriate description of the new item
· Receipt for cost of return of item (refund can only be give for item being retuned due to a fault or incorrect product sent)
· Invoice number
A refund will be given if Items are faulty, items you wish to be refunded or exchanged must be in as new condition and not used, in original packaging in re-saleable condition.
If items are faulty an exchange for like for like will be applied. If this is not possible a refund will apply.
