Upgrade your rigging with the Forestay Lever, a modern and refined version of the classic forestay/shroud lever. Designed for ease of use, strength, and reliability, this lever is manufactured from marine-grade 316 stainless steel – ensuring long-lasting performance in harsh sailing conditions.

Ideal for dinghies such as the Blaze, Contender and Zenith, the forestay lever makes applying and adjusting rig tension quick and straightforward. Simply close the lever to set your rig before sailing, then release it at the end of the session to remove tension and protect your boat while ashore. This easy operation eliminates the need for constant manual adjustment, saving time and effort every time you launch.

For added security, the lever features a locking hole that accepts an A5005 Fast Pin (sold separately). This optional accessory allows you to lock the lever in the closed position without electrical tape – offering extra peace of mind that it won’t accidentally open while racing.

With a wide adjustment range from 218mm to 301mm between pins, this versatile lever is suitable for a variety of rig setups. It also serves as a direct replacement for the discontinued RWO R4540, making it a perfect upgrade option for sailors seeking improved durability and usability.
