Allen Plain Bearing Ti3-On
20mm Plain Bearing Ti3-On Single Block.
This block features a wider opening and flatter sides when compared to the older A2020Tii. This design results in an easier block to thread webbing strap and rope around. The block still fits in the same footprint as the older A2020Tii.
This plain bearing pulley is great for applications which require a lightweight, budget friendly pulley.
Plain Bearing – The acetal sheave spins around the central axle. This type of bearing has a long lifespan and is very low maintenance.
Fitting Instructions – Tii-On blocks rely on the correct attachment method to give them maximum strength.
When attaching a Tii-on block you must feed the rope around the central axle and through the head of the block.
When possible, Tii-on blocks should be attached with a crossed/ through threaded line. This is very important, as it keeps the line load pulling the side cheeks together.
When using a Tii-Shackle, if possible cross the lines. Only use a non-crossed Tii-Shackle on low-load applications.

A refund will be given if Items are faulty, items you wish to be refunded or exchanged must be in as new condition and not used, in original packaging in re-saleable condition.
If items are faulty an exchange for like for like will be applied. If this is not possible a refund will apply.
